Job description:
- Prepares alcohol or non-alcohol beverages;
- Interacts with guests, takes orders, and serves snacks and drinks;
- Assesses customers’ needs and preferences and makes personalized recommendations;
- Mixes ingredients to prepare cocktails;
- Plans and presents bar menu;
- Checks guests’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age;
- Restocks and replenishes bar inventory and supplies;
- Stays guest focused and nurture an outstanding guests experience;
- Complies with all food and beverage regulations.
Desired Skills and experience:
- Proven working experience in a similar position;
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks;
- Computer literacy;
- Spoken and written English proficiency;
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills;
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean;
- Relevant training certificate.
