Job Description:
- Checks and prepares the equipment for customer service and to be able to honor customer orders.
- Performs the mise-en-place in the order required by the serving technique.
- Makes arrangements and decorations on each table, according to the type of service to be performed.
- Provides the customer with the menu list, details regarding its contents and makes recommendations on ordering (carefully studies and acquires the characteristics of dishes and drinks provided in the list of dishes for that day, making according to the principles of rational nutrition, menu options, in order to recommend them to less initiated consumers on their correct composition).
- Prepares the order, sends it to the kitchen, and then serves the dishes as soon as they have been prepared, using clean serving equipment specific to each type of dish.
- Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the customer’s order.
- Cleans meals after each dish.
- Prepares the payment note corresponding to the client’s order, presents it in a polite way to him, and collects correctly the value of the services offered, written on the payment note.
- Prepare the serving place for a new order.
- Helps set up the conference rooms, depending on the instructions provided by the room manager or other line manager.

- Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
